Recently we blogged about How To create an extension of our life. How To live longer, and stay younger, which was done by living in the Now Moment. Some will have grasp it from my words..other not..So it is when the time is right I always fall upon the sync or a collaborative effort which also confirms my words extending on them for better understanding.
