Yesterday I uncommonly overslept, I'd been sleeping like a rock. Later that day run across a youtube from Steve Rother and the Group which spoke of sleep rhythms changing, so last night sleep patterns were on my mind and found myself awake for about two hours in the middle of the night, making me notice how this waking had become quite common for me for many many months, just not for that 2hour duration. I'd been thinking of it as body discomfort or Lu visits and rather annoyed about the change in sleep pattern from having been a sound sleeper all night all my life.
Apparently the uncommon rock like sleep was to help me take notice of what the Group mentions is becoming a common part of the changes humans are making to attune to the planets rhythms. At last I know the why isn't a reaction of aging as for some time I've been taking Melatonin and making sure the room was totally darkened, but found myself failing to take it recently and a few days ago placed it next to the tooth brush as a reminder.
The Pineal Gland plays a role in melatonin production, and is responsible for our circadian rhythms of sleep patterns and sexual drive and production decreases with age. Too much melatonin can work the opposite preventing sleep with a raised libido. So even thou it's a natural substance in the body we must carefully regulate taking it in supplement form. It's taken months for me to catch up to the answer, but finally the group explained the why and I can appropriately work with it.
