Astrological View of 2012 Happenings

Been boppin round the web and certain impressions have crossed my mind. Then today in a friends site there was a story write from an unknown author which really hit it on the head.
"Everyone is in their tiny bubble of reality, totally lost in their own labyrinth of perception, hardly noticing the discontinuous moments. It's not a conversation, where there is an exchange of ideas, but more a competition for attention. Like one can't be recognized unless they are in some process of filibustering for rightness."
It hit me that when we hard about this 12/21/2012 idea we each grabbed the concept based in our own perception and held it tight. Each now creating our own personal projection of what this event outcome will be. If you go one place you hear Love&Light from Lighworkers, an other Doom&Gloom of End Times and destruction, in others some religious concept that the chosen will be taken to a new Earth like Heaven. There are those based strictly in science with physical proofs of planetary history, hertz frequency, and planet conditions. Then there is the astrological view of this being a repeat event which occurs every 26,000 years as we pass by a black hole referred to as the Galactic Center of the Milky Way from which powerful frequencies flow in a continual upgrade of vibrations. It is this frequency flow which is effecting our planet and all on it as we approach it, and is the physical view we create to show us how evolution works in this reality as it manifests as the physical from it's truer essence self. This is what I like about astrology, it shows us When and Why the frequency of vibrational energy changes, and How it can play out in our focus of life if we observe the transits as directional road signs. Astrology is about the Universal Energy flowing to us in any given moment. This is what the Maya based their calendars on =ENERGY VIBRATION WAVES. So it's nice when someone does your work for you in explaining things from this view. Even thought it's based in physical, it is a collective view creating a belief which helps hold the physical perception in tact...

Using an Orgon Rejuvenator

Recently shared a blog about Orgone Energy. The name Orgone is only what one set of scientists calls this, it's Chi or the Source Field or Life Force, all the same by whatever name. There are small non-mechanical devises which when made of certain conductive metals move this energy when constructed by certain preferred mathematical formulas. For some time I've been watching an eBay seller who makes these and finally bit the bullet to purchase one. this one started at $45 but ended at $60 and I didn't mind as eBay Bucks earned paid for half of it. Since he makes the individually not all models are always available. Each design has it's own purpose, this is a Life Force Rejuvenator Orgone Oscillator which had previously only been made for special friends.
Made of pure copper and quartz crystals, energy is collected from two different symmetrical planes and picked up by the oscillator and resonated to a frequency that will fill the room with a level of loving, understanding energy that every one will find pleasant, all experiencing a growth in the exchange of ideals and emotions. A small quartz crystal is used to keep the energy in balance and acts like a governor to keep the Rejuvenator from overloading. It's a table top model standing 10 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide. It's quite attractive in the appropriate setting.

It was said there would be improvement in ability to dream, (there was) conceive ideals and feel more alive. (more energetic) The dang thing is Powerful, the day received it was placed in living room where son and I jointly spend most of our time. It's to be moved daily from room to room keeping the entire living space evenly balanced and attuned. This first day nearly knocked my socks off, 24hours later found my personal energy vibrations transformed. It said all experience a growth in the exchange of ideals "and emotions". What exactly happened I don't know but I was expressing anger about of present situation. Some came from pain havingto slop through mud, some toward son for having created ghetto situations I had to function in, most at myself for closing my eyes to it in this process of choosing my battles to promote his sobriety. As soon I connected it to the devise it was moved outside. It was not till them I also realized this was not so much my emotion, but more sons which must of been this exchange in emotion spoken of, as he has always been a very angry person (even as a child life just wasn't what he thought it should be and he has been very closed minded about it).

This at first made me question this devise and it's being a positive thing, but I chanced following spirits suggestion and brought it inside to the kitchen, the next day moved it to the library/computer room. The following day the dressing room and finally my bed room. Each day I felt energy improvement even with all this extra exhausting horse work, and the climate between son and myself greatly improved. He has been quite pleasant (not a norm toward me as he's very argumentative and disrespectful of anything I say) even with the pain he's in this has greatly decreased. I'm now feeling very positive and horse work is flowing with them and weather cooperating with my desired thought. Slowly I'm attacking some of his mess to clear the way for me.

All in all I'd say that first day was the energy doing what it was meant to do by filling the room with energy of loving understanding for growth. However, since the vibration of son and myself are so vastly different there was an adjustment to the merging between them, which I strongly felt and son probably considered part of his pain didn't since it was just after surgery. I'm amazed at how calm and cooperative things have been, how he will converse with me in a give and take discussion, and how he has actually asked my advise, in time maybe there will be some small ray of love from son toward me as a result of his releasing anger no longer serving his best interest. I'm attributing this rapid transformation to the Orgone Rejuvinators ability to move the energy to create higher vibrational frequencies.

Orgone Energy and Wilhelm Riech

Call it what you will Orgone Techeron Chi it's the energy of Life Force that is within all things and it can be seen as the basic aura of all things through photography. This energy called Orgone was originally proposed in the 1930s by Wilhelm Reich who was originally part of Sigmund Freud's Vienna circle. Reich's theory held that deficits or constrictions in bodily energy were at the root of many diseases - in particular cancer. After emigrating to the US he created the Orgone Institute to pursue research, and publish literature and distribute material relating to the topic for more than a decade. Reich designed special "orgone accumulators" - devices which collected orgone energy from the atmosphere - for diverse purposes towards improvement of general health, increase sexual potency, and weather control. This college teaches related college courses and also laboratory courses for postgraduate medical orgonomy training program for qualified physicians and psychiatrists. Over my life time I've used several of these Reich energy devices and did findthem to work efficiently as intended. Sadly though the controllers of our government still ban most of them legal use. This is but one more way we the people have been held in bondage of limiting our awareness of who and what we truly are as beings....

Fooding Rains and Birds Nests

Notice someone posted a news report about the U.K. in fear of flooding...Well all my countrymen guess what! we English here in the USA "are" flooded. Ground here has been soggy since mid summer, seems to rain one heavy and one drizzle each week...the barn has a mud-mote surrounding it, the paddock looks like a soggy pig pen and the upper pasture is rapidly turning into one.. Last night after a day of drizzle it was reported we would get heavy rain through till noon today. So I put horses in thinking I was doing me them and this upper pasture a favor...NO the mote is deeper than ever to the point I had a dream they would get stuck bogged in mud and wouldn't be able to get out. (it happened to me in the dark - eventually with their help atthe barn door they pulled me out) Waited this a.m. till it was light enough I could see in dense fog and opened the gates again, put their hay on ground in the wet..they got through the mote to it. Unfortunately I could not get rain out of the back of my mind so instead of that crunchy ground and flakes I didn't create the reality projection I desired. Filled several horse buckets in pasture, can't get to tub without going through the mote. Walked two large black trash bags up the lane to the dumpster and that is it for me till noon. One thing Good about all this the exercise is doing me a big favor and think I'm loosing some of that mid section fat. Knees are taking a beating but the trimming down will favor them in the end as this is a 110 size body that somehow ended up 165lbs mostly mid section cortisol produced from stress. My inner self is trying it's best to reflect itself properly in it's outer expression but I do think it could of chosen something less and more enjoyable..

Think I'll do a bit of minor cleaning to make room for this new Bird Nest treasure....this is made of wool..it's constructed like a tam/hat turned upside-down with yarn pieces tied to it..then filled with loose yarn bits and small Robin eggs..this is to sit on a table with some crystals and where I mix natures essences with the help of nature spirits. While I was sleeping the New Moon moved into place for focusing on our purpose within our immediate groups.With a direct Mars this will help our banding together for positive unity outcomes. This was already taking place on Sunday a few hours before the moon. Remembering what I really want will bring action to this little pocket of light in this area, as a unity of a cooperative community that is desired with us working together to help each other function .

Are We Slapping Ourselves Silly

It's strange how things can be going good and suddenly turn to crap. Gotta laugh cause the harder I try the harder is gets to master the vibration of my own experience as life. Now I'm sharing my battle with others hoping you will see some of it in your own experience and struggle less with your own course of mastering the new energy waves. Other day shopping and a new the electric coffee pot, which still doesn't heat quite hot enough, turned into a comedy show when some over weight lady duped me in to letting her jump the ck out line and then proceeded to drag-ass the same way son had done the entire length of this huge one stop store. Found me in some real pain created obviously by inflammation from my own high stress level . Comical yes cause the latest health findings are proof that we create our own outcome of health via our inflammation level. The counter balance is I've brought in light waves and are just allowing them to work in me as they will, and a slow process of wholeness (healing) chronic health issues is occurring effortlessly . Wholeness only occurs in the waves of Love from the Heart Mind. This is the only true energy healing there is. It's the difference of being in harmonic balance with earths vibration by not thinking only from the Physical Brain which is often out of sync with Earth's Core which is her heart. These are the latest scientific finding from the Heart Institute

Last meditation The Voice told me that by bringing old outdated denser belief vibration to the surface through Shadow Work it tends to sticks like goo cause the denser vibration has no harmonic balance to float off in the lighter wave length. It's up to we manifestations on earth to work with this which is us, as energy always seeks higher vibration to find harmony. It's a natural law of this universe and in the new wave of vibration humanity can/must now master responsibly it own waves of vibration in this new cycle beyond 2012.

Far from a new concept...The new part is not just believing this, but knowing it to applying and live it!...Jesus told us this over 2000 years ago, time to know it as our truth. Which means we must rise above old dense emotional beliefs of separateness in our inner-action with others. This morning I'm still angry at son, it's another comedy trying to live from my heart mind with Love when someone deliberately makes choices knowing they are hurtful to their own life expression and others. Not sure if I'm angry with him or is this me slapping myself silly for not mastering my frequency wave. Perhaps it is both "as we are One", and simply individual aspects of expressions of Source All That Is. Joke is on me as all, including him, are other aspects of me being expressed outwardly.

Yesterday Oneson didn't work - Holiday of course, today it's raining and no work. We headed 25miles to the Feed Mill with better prices which only delivers every other week. This was the off week and the feed quantities still aren't regulated to fit into new larger feed barrels, so got enough to get bye the week, paid for delivery next week which should fill the barrels and still have reserve on the next delivery...can't leave feed in bags out in the open or critters get it. More expensive Mill delivers weekly but cost is a big factor here.Then we headed to WallyWorld for needed replacement of the burn out coffee pot.

oyvay too much, now a Supper Store and huge. By the time we got to the right section legs were aching from those hard floors. Son is a shopper ~ if you are, please take him ~ he could/would and has tried to go all day and gets angry with me cause I never let him look. If you only knew ~ he has to read every word and reads and reads and reads...I mean how damn hard is it to pick out a 25watt light bulb. Took him 20minutes ~ No Not Kidding. It is this way through the whole store. By time we got to coffee makers, you guessed it, that higher resonance based in LOVE I'm trying to hold had waited itself right into the hard floors..not to be found easily.

Both read info on big sale stack of Black&Decker auto programmable for $10. (give away price - didn't find glitch till we got home) Has all the features but says nothing about Auto Turn Off...that may be why $10 B&D screwed up... For price it's a fine extra, but I want that feature! @@@ just went for another cup and it was turned off so maybe it has it and just doesn't mention it..Turned it on again as there is nearly a full pot and we will see..too many homes went up in smoke from coffee pot melt downs. Don't want my epitaph to read "and she forgot to turn it off !" because 'out of this world me' all too often has had to drive back home not remembering if I did or didn't! ~~ if it has it I lucked out cause you cant beat $10 when it can be set up and timed to turn on before you get up. It's time saver for working people, if not then next trip will get one with the Turn Off and this will become the new back-up.With new elements its much safer than the two old un-programmable stained white ones with well used elements. Some things just aren't worth keeping and can be recycled by someone who lives more in physical and who's epitaph will read " and she always remember to turn it off".

Seeing An Old Movie With New Eyes

What a delightful Sunday..son worked for old boss making up lost days from regular job, good for me giving time to enjoy movie and book as it was hovering around 20 degrees and hurtful outside. When he's home things are disruptive so this makes up my lost quiet time too, which seems I loose today Monday again. Early afternoon the phone rang, somehow even though signing up again for that Do Not Call List I'm getting calls, so make a habit of not answering the phone if the name isn't recognized. This was an unrecognized name, but intuitively knew to answer it. It paid off was the X sister-in-law who had also been my best friend in high school. As time went on we grew apart, she married divorced then married the brother of my husband, becoming very needy satisfying it with a materialistic passion and belief she had been saved by her religion. I'm the opposite, leaving a big gap in our ability to think on the same level even though I introduced her to Christianity, she become a fanatic as I moved the other direction away from organized belief systems devised by some humans elitist. We moved further north distancing our friendship, I was glad for this and most likely she was also. For me it's hard to talk to someone who calls themselves born again and preaching a belief everyone who does not adhere to their belief is a sinner destine to rot in some illusion of hell, however she's still the lovely person she was when we were girls ~ a Pisces with elegant charm to be envied.

Unfortunately her reason for calling after lapsed years of communication was to inform me our husbands (both departed) sister had passed away. She like I had been shunned by the family after the brothers departed. ?? I'd heard nothing over the years and since I'd contacted them several time and the gesture was never returned, chose to simply let sleeping dogs lie.We caught up on outdated family news, I'd known she remarried 20 years ago and is still very happy, very healthy at my same age. It is odd her daughter has returned home to live with an 11yr old just as my son returned. We were widowed and at the same time I began my 12yr relationship she remarried. Our lives are something of weak parrallel so to see the choices we made taking us different directions is quite interesting. Conversation was as if there had never been a lapse in years, which says something strong about our soul connections and how they remain regardless of the journey one choose in each physical life focus. We are very different people today than as teens, and to view how we have changed as we made choices in our belief buy-ins. We promised to get together, doubtful it will happen, at least on my end, because I can only take so much hearing how people are lost if they haven't been saved by something someone outside themselves, especially knowing she never told her son he was conceived out of marriage and even though they married/divorced and her second husband adopted him, this was never related to this now 50year old child.... I can't believe people are still hearing what they want to hear, reading separation and being the chosen from the man-made belief devised to usurp the power which is our birth rite as Aspects of Source... sad how need produces the fear to close the door of the heart beyond what we are sold by those who go before us...there is no evolution in this...oh well not judging, just don't want to subject self to listening to attitudes I can not adhere to and try to remain polite doing so especially from one how is hypocritical to live deceit. It is simply easier to avoid those who have chosen a journey this journey when they insist theirs is the only right path. this is not a judgement it's just knowing people can not grasp beliefs beyond the level of awareness they are prepared to open to.

There is a lesson hear somewhere for me or maybe just a view, like an old movie rerun being view with new eyes of deeper compassion for those who outwardly appear to have so much and within have so little Love of the All That Is being equal as ONE.

Get Our Of Your Own Way

Recently every where I turn the statement "Get out of our own way" has come up. Know what it means, but was not sure why or in what way I could be so "in my own way" that higher consciousness was making a point of this. Getting out of our own way generally refers to Ego inflation that blinds us, it also refers to the beliefs we hold which limit our perception and hinder expansion of awareness by holding a closed minded position. Looking back on my life there is stark realization I was relatively closed minded, as I believed my beliefs to be progressively correct as attitudes developed far beyond those I was raised with. Today figure I'm about as open minded and all accepting as one can be, by accepting others for who they are and their path as the experience they choose to express in manifestation.For right or wrong according to society it is their expression as an individual Aspect of Source, so Source can know all things....
AHA there it was in the statement sticking out like a sore thumb "for right or wrong" .

We are born into this life "Pure" with no set rules or beliefs. Any rules, rights and wrongs, are placed upon us by our parents and the society we are raised in, as are all the beliefs we come to hold. This is quite evident before Christopher Columbus who was reared in a culture thinking the world was flat..he set out to prove a different belief. Once he established the world was round belief changed via the100th monkey theory, showing us we are products of our environment. [ now this is something to remember We Are Products of Our Environment]

Being birthed pure of mind and heart ALL our beliefs are learned after we get here from the perception of the society we live in. In other words everything we hold as belief creates our expression of reality as designed by the humans around us. We call these our Belief Systems, I like to call the our Buy-ins.We each buy-in to the life around us not realizing these beliefs are only that ~ mans thinking. If we're inquisitive we question and seek other beliefs to contemplate which we may see as better buy-ins. It's these buy-ins which cause us to get in our own way. In order to be "totally open" or "Accepting" making all things possible, we must "Get out of our own way" with the clutter clutter we've bought into stored behind the doors of our mind. We must release all the man made beliefs if we desire to be as it's said "Pure" ~ "Like a Child" to express ourselves as divine Source. (there is discomfort in that word divine, so will use the term Source of All That Is)

For instance Ritual Amulets and Prayer have been very much a part of the Metaphysical New Age culture I experience. However, there has always been this inner voice telling me I didn't need these. They are beliefs, buy-ins which are part of that culture. Inside I know none of it is necessary to master the Source Field we are all apart of. Mastery of this Field will create the experience we choose, and this doesn't require a ritual, holding or wearing of amulets or prayers. All that stuff only serves to diminish within ourselves the power of who we are. Inadvertently instead of empowering us as it was designed to do, it dis-empowers us silently saying we are less than and require outside assistance to master ourselves. Suddenly I realized this is not just dis-empowering us, it dis-empowers All That Is as Source because we are all Aspects of the One. By "getting out of our own way" we allow us as representatives of Source to master this physical experience fully empowered, this is stepping into that space of Ascending Higher Vibrational Frequencies creating the new reality cycle we came here to experience in this space-time.

the reactions I receive from the general public are almost always the same. While some recognize the danger, most simply deny that governments have the capability or even the desire to create a system in which the population is constantly monitored by virtue of their most private and even biological information. Others, either gripped by apathy or ignorance, cannot believe that the gadgets given to them from the massive tech corporations are designed for anything other than their entertainment and enjoyment.

However, current events in India should serve not just as a warning, but also as a foreshadowing of the events to come in the Western world, specifically the United States.

Big Transformations in the Outer World

Last blog mentioned we should look around and see the changes as they are occurring....cause 6 months from now in June we will exist in a very different world, here we are also speaking about economy and government too. Taking my own words to heart I looked...actually I've been looking and it amazed me cause I live in a rural area where there are many horse farms and planted fields, we are a live and let live area. Basically it's eastern Pennsylvania mid state boarding central New Jersey where we get full experience of all four seasons, summer are in the 90's and winters 20's at avg. extremes. Which means we have extremes in heat cost as well as air conditioning and winter lighting.The big changes noticed are all the holistic health practices and how main stream hospitals offer alternative healing. Along with this son and I took a ride into Jersey a few weeks back to do some shopping and found two huge Solar Farms hidden behind wooded tree lines on 20miles of road just outside our small river towns. Solar farms have become popular in this area where farming is no longer the best use of land for profit. There are acres and acres of solar panels, row after row producing power for the small communities. Eventually they will take over the better portion of power produced. Here wind farms are not popular, there are small areas which always have a breeze but wind mills need a constant flow and that is only had from those areas close to the ocean which are already suffering residential over-populated.

It seems this area of New Jersey has become very progressive and the up-graded frequency here was noticed. I was quite aware of it in my woods and the small river towns, but surprised to find it in the larger town with mass movement. I was amazed at the vibrational change which was unlike anything I'd ever experienced. This wasn't so much spiritual which is what I normally feel, even though any rise is always spiritual at it's core, what this derived from was a consciousness of caring for the planet by recognizing it's One with us and everything We do effects It. These people don't speak of and probably don't even think of a SHIFT of CONSCIOUSNESS, they simply see themselves as having awaken to the need to save the planet. It really makes little difference because at the core of their consciousness change is the idea all is ONE Unified Inner-connected Field and there lies the spiritual concept of Oneness in the new frequency attitude and belief beyond 2012.

In scanning the latest holistic free magazine there were a number of new green business in the area and the new Green Living Store which opened last summer advertises paying $5.00 for old non-stick pans. Someone locally turns them into battery or solar clocks and outdoor temperature gauges for sale. A great idea paying people to recycle these outdated products, and introduce them to the latest non-toxic new non-stick pans the Green Living Store sells. It was an interesting observation because even though the area is heavily populated it is still quite rural between the dotted small communities and homes hidden in the woods. The housing industry even though at a lull offers many new innovation's for heating that are becoming more affordable with popularity and doing away with air pollution, including the old standby of firewood, and are more cost deficient. One just doesn't expect to find such a fast turn around in a rural small town area, but this is a wonderful positive indication that the masses in the private sector are making positive consciousness changes, and that all begins from the inner consciousness regardless of the outer expression. What surprises will turn up next week and the week after. It will be interesting to observe the transformation in our outer world as it's being expressed from within.

LOOK A New World is Creating Itself

Things all over are quiet...not dead just quietly slow as if life is in suspended animation, expectation of what I'm not sure, perhaps snow to blanket our world making it white clean and new or maybe it is just in that process of formulating the new physical reality. During this time I've been playing catch-up with many things including my attitude. What I've seen is myself grasping an attitude from the past and planning action around it ~ then suddenly realize it's an outdated Past Vibration which doesn't apply in this new frequency. Then set my thoughts to the Present Moment with new awareness. Like new tenant who had surgery on his knees, and has had very little work. He's late on rent, due the 1st to 10th after which there is a late fee, which I won't charge this time but he must make effort to make time payments to not get behind. [Son could not keep his horses with his work situation if he were not here. Yesterday he didn't work even though weather clear in 40's, he repaired tenant house slate roof around the chimney. The roof is well over 130 yrs old needs a new but ~ even at cost it's big and rents would need to be raised to re-coop that cost. This and the other roof repair pd. sons rent for the month.] Tenants have not had a rent increase in 5yrs. Right now there is nothing for the new tenant to compensate with, but he like the other male tenant has Gout. The old tenant works factory missing 5days due to a flair up, has finally heard me about his diet rather than going to stronger drugs. The food restrictions are rough like eating cardboard. However, new tenant likes to cook, I'm thinking of suggesting to both them he cooks for the two and other tenant pays him for meals he wouldn't know where to begin making himself. It's an idea which might work for them both. This is the kind of catch-up that is part of the energy of this lull period. It's as if things are being reset in their intended place for this whole new reality to begin. Son has some irons in the fire for maybe taking over old bosses business or clients under the company set up, then paying him and his wife salaries??? That's a big leap in this economy, or just taking some of the jobs and using the guys trucks and equipment...I'm trying to help them all come together with their lives and that includes daughter and her life style changes to avoid drugs to control Lupus with natural methods.

Now I know none of this is important or meaningful to others, but it may help you see what is going on in your own life more clearly, as these energies surely are something very different than what we've ever before experienced. The format will be entirely different, but this time is an energy in which we can set up plans for a whole new way of doing life. Like some of you can or dehydrate the free food you receive food from others and repay by giving them back winter stores. Some sew and craft and takes others warn outs and make something useful for them out of this to repay them fore cutting firewood. This is the beginning of a new thinking a new economy based on what we have to offer as exchange. Sometimes it's not always direct like cooking in exchange for $ sometimes it's linking others up so they can pay their rent so taxes etc can be paid. I extend transportation to others who help yet others and in the end this pay it forward type effort always comes back in other ways cause someone does for me what I have need for. It's beginning to form into a whole new reality based upon resources. Once we individuals get it working the big guys will have to up in their effort and this includes the big companies and banks with holding that are eating them up instead of feeding them. Take a look around you, think you'll be surprised at how things are coming together with very little ado.

Right From the Horses Mouth

With every cloud there is a silver lining and it's our job to find it if we are to stay in harmony with the transforming frequencies of our universe. This lull has given opportunity to catch up on needed clean-up of loose ends, reading, and a Lupus info web search for my daughter. Her Discoid Lupus has created a lung problem and a internal trachea rash which after flushing and biopsy is shown as neutral, but must be watched. The doctor wanted her on Predisone ~ she refused. Thus we are (Dr.included) in a search for some alternatives. The silver lining here is that daughter who has always been aware of the down side of standard medicine has always practiced it, and finally seems to have recognized this auto-immune failure she's had is the result of it. The alternative here is to find a way to keep the inflammation down without the steroid which suppresses the immune response to symptoms. In other words this steroid kills the bodies natural responses because the body over reacts in the wrong way, or actually in the right way it just can't stop the inflammation and therefore keeps trying to and in doing so destroys the tissues. Steroids are not a cure it just bides you time on the destruction.

We've fond by using natural ingested substances that help our immune system respond in a more appropriate way we can perhaps rid the cause. The main source we ingest is Trumeric used in mustard for color also called Curcumin. I've taken it for years as Antioxidant Protection for arthritis and other inflammatory conditions, because anytime there is a body ill there is inflammation calling in our body defense system of white cells, which in certain cases destroy more than necessary attempting to stop the bodies natural response of inflammation to pain swelling discomfort and stress. In her case she will need an Endocrinologist to work with her Adrenals which produce many things, among them Cortisol which is the natural body steroid that is mis-functioning. The evidence in most of us that Cortisol is being over produced is the excess stomach weight making us pear shaped as we get older when it has built up. Cortisol is produced any time we are under any type of stress as our natural cortisone then kicks in. So one of her first concerns having just lost some weight is not regaining it from taking Predisone. Weight is unhealthy for our heart. With her it's vanity and also knowing the
results of Predison from her sister having taken it for Lupus SLE. This must be her higher self way of helping her change her way of healing her body. It wants her to listen to her body and react to heal it not just hide the symptoms created by the cause. So thus far she's taking Curcumin and Zyflamend both helping her body respond by eliminating inflammation.

This gets even more interesting now knowing her horse, after departing this world, came back to tell her she must work on her health because she is getting Stuffed...Finally this makes sense to us...she is stuffed full of dead and dieing white cells from the battle they have been fighting with her inflammation caused by the over production of cortisol....
